Experience deep opening in the body through a gentle Yin Yoga practice, as you shift your awareness deeper and deeper within in preparation for profound relaxation and inner connection in Yoga Nidra.
Yin is a gentle practice in which we target the connective tissues and joints along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing its natural range of motion.
Yoga Nidra, or Yoga “Sleep,” is a guided relaxed meditation in which we withdraw the senses to connect more deeply to our own inner consciousness, experiencing a state between wakefulness and sleep that opens deep phases of the mind.
We will close with a seated meditation practice, fully emptying the mind and quieting the spirit.

Naomi began practicing yoga and meditation in 2001, and immediately fell in love. From her very first class she knew that yoga was more than just a practice on the mat, but a way of life, an opening and awakening of the mind, and a vehicle to self-realization of the spirit. With over 600 hours of training in various yoga and meditation techniques, Naomi enjoys guiding others inward, to a place of deep release and union.
