Tai Chi, or Taiji, is a 4,000-year-old system of Chinese Martial Arts famous for its health benefits. Much of the complete power of Tai Chi has been closely guarded, hidden and lost in translation. Wu Chan Tai Chi changes this. A complete system, with nothing withheld, Wu Chan Tai Chi offers both health defense and self-defense. Tai Chi is the art of extending Yi from Center and letting go until power (Qi) flows and Yin and Yang move naturally. With training, the student can reduce the harmful effects of stress, relieve chronic pain and build greater balance, energy and power. The system is adaptable to the skills of beginners and experienced practitioners.

About Ed D’Urso
Founder of the Fire Mountain School in Nyack, NY, Shifu Edmund D’Urso specializes in Resilient Energy Management and Chinese Martial Arts. A former family therapist and addiction specialist, Shifu Ed brings over 15 years of field experience in the exploration of human behavior and personality theory. He has built the Resilient Stress Management System to empower people with the awareness and skills they need to master Energy Independence.
Shifu Ed has over two decades of experience as a mixed Chinese martial arts teacher and has founded The Fire Mountain School to empower children and adults to face life with inspired energy, resilience and courage. Over the past 25 years, he has earned his 3rd degree black belt studying Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. As a Black Sash, Shifu Ed is the highest ranked student in the United States in Master Tian's Lineage and continues to train and teach daily.
